 Good Ideaが浮かんだら次にすること

Be optimistic in the vision and skeptical in the schedule.
It’s hard to be simple.
Vision should be visual.
Big, radical ideas are rarely needed to succeed. More often, it’s a handful of basic, solid, good ideas -applied correctly- that are needed.
Good question attract good ideas.

 Making Things Happen
 Middle-game strategy
 End-game strategy
 仕事における権力と政治

Do what you say and say what you mean.
Good management is about giving people as much responsibility as their abilities allow, but somehow never letting them feel that they are working alone, or that they have your support only when things are going well.
Making things happen depends on having a clear sense of which things are more important than others and applying that sense to every single interaction that takes place in the team.
Clarity is how you make things happen on projects.
Things happen when you say no.
Good managers always find ways to protect their team.
Team leaders must be committed to investing in the postmortem process.

Pary time: As PM, it’s your job to make sure there’s an opportunity for everyone involved to celebrate together. Live it up!
